Congratulations and thank you to all the FCS students from Hartnell in Salinas and Gonzales for their fundraising efforts, cooking and providing a fun and bright event for 160 homeless persons at lunch and about 20-30 women at dinner! Our future Leaders at work in the community.

Elsa has been fascinated about all things food from a very young age. Her life's work has been to preserve family food customs and to encourage others to interview family before it is too late.
